Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
This individual will be responsible for a leading a team of technical practitioners with conducting static and dynamic code analysis across the portfolio of Java, Microsoft .Net application. This individual must possess the following set of capabilities:
Someone with experience with tools like CAST and Fortify - not traditional software testing but software code quality checking.
Good communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to direct small to mid size team with setting priorities direction in terms of quality assurance effort.
Ability to advise clients with code review processes and execution.
Familiarity with design patterns and anti patterns.
5-10yrs experience with J2EE or Microsoft application profiling and tuning strategy.
5-10yrs of strong SDLC background and CM practices including (continuous integration, code coverage).
5-10yrs with application performance practices including dynamic code analysis experience.
5-10yrs CAST, Application profiling and analysis experience
5-10yrs experience with static code quality tools such as FindBugs, Ndepend, CAST, Fortify and other product suite.
